Product Returns
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you will have 24 hours to exercise your right of return, as these are fresh products. In the event of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Collection costs will be borne by the customer (equivalent to the shipping cost corresponding to the type of product purchased and destination). To process the return, the product must be in its original packaging and include any manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included. Once the goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition verified, the refund will be processed.
